The Challenge
Despite strong BPO performance and several Fortune 50 clients, Jamaica needed stronger visibility among Fortune 1000 decision-makers. The goal: attract more investment and reframe perceptions of the island’s service capabilities
The Solution
The global campaign was geared towards raising the profile of Jamaica across all key stakeholder audiences - Fortune 1,000 companies’ key decision makers, potential investors, influencers: brokers and site selectors and international media. Jamaica will be positioned as a competitive domicile for higher-valued outsourcing services.
Specifically, the campaign sought to:
✓ Influence a perception change amongst global industry players with a targeted positive perception change of 20% compared to the baseline measures provided in Baseline Research Report.
✓ Increase the rate of inquiries for the GSS coming into Jamaica’s investment promotions agency JAMPRO, particularly for high value BPO, KPO and ITO services
✓ Increase global awareness and engagement with respect to Jamaica’s Global Services Sector by 35%, compared to the baseline measures provided in Kaizen’s Baseline Research Report.
